$1250 room for rent in Northeast DC Metro in Washington, Washington For Sale

Were looking for someone to take over our large basement room that shares a house with three other roommates. The rent is $xxxx/month including utilities and the security deposit will be the same amount.
The house is three stories, with the shared facilities (kitchen, living room) on the first floor and the other three bedrooms on the second. You would have the entire basement level to yourself, which has its own (super awesome) bathroom. The laundry room is also in the basement and can be reached through the bedroom area or through another door in the backyard. The yard out back is extremely spacious and provides lots of play-room for the two dogs in the house. Having your own dog is welcome and ours was very happy here!
The entire house has been recently renovated and is very spacious and bright. All the floors are hardwood or tile- no carpet here. The attached pictures are mostly from prior to all of us moving in- there is definitely furniture and art on the first floor, but we will clear out all of ours from the basement before you move in.
The neighbourhood here is rapidly changing and is right over the hill from Bloomingdale, where you will probably spend a lot of your nights if you like going out. On this side, though, is Rhode Island Row, which houses the metro, Giant, Home Depot, some restaurants, the DMV, and a bunch of little convenience stores. There are also three major bus routes literally right outside the door, so it is very convenient to commute from here.
Our lease extends until September, so this is a good option if you are not looking for something short-term. However, it is likely you will be able to renew at the end of it if you wish.
The landlords are cool guys and have been helpful with the house. They do require a credit check and decent credit score, I believe 650. This will likely NOT be negotiable. No application fees. Move-in around February 1st (flexible).
