A. EXQUISITE PHOTO, titles, signed -- This piece is by a third generation photographer; Peter Framm. As the VERY nice back bio reads, his father and grandfather were both accomplished photographers. Peter has taken an otherwise contemplative subject and turned it into a class of its odwn. The B/W photo has a very light touch of orchid. He has generated from that a classic piece. The matte is a pale lavender grey. The frame is slightly more of the same hue. The back is not pasteboard but wood and his provenance is typed and hand-attached. 9 x 11 - Makes a wonderful gift for anyone, but, especially a dad or husband. B. VERY, VERY RARE PHOTO WORLD FAMED PHOTOGRAPHER
You will have to look for years to find another of these. When this was first viewed the feeling was, "I know those eyes." "I know that face," -- Suddenly, it occurred! Barishnijovc! A search for another did not produce this. I DID however produce other photos and a tremendous amount of text on what it is about. This is apparently from the set of .... and, the eyes are those of the ballet star and his co-star Carmen. You can find photos that reveal the set to a degree, but, the mystery of why place these two exquisite, talented people behind a slatted screen? As of now, no explanation is there. On the reverse is a signature of the photographer, the date and other. Consider this as a great FIND! Price - $95
